Councilman Jack Evans is organizing the annual Ward 2 Night at Nationals Park for July 1.
The Nationals will take on the Milwaukee Brewers starting at 7:05 p.m. next Monday. It is also $1 hot dog night.
Tickets are available for free on a first-come, first-serve basis with a two-ticket limit per person.

Evans admitted in a recent newsletter that prior to the Washington Nationals coming back to the District in 2005, he had not attended many baseball games in his time.
"Since the Nats started playing baseball at RFK stadium in April 2005, I have attended every opening game," he wrote. "I have come to look forward to baseball season."
Tickets must be picked up at Evans' office, 1350 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Suite 106, by Friday, June 28.
