WASHINGTON, DC -- Blizzard 2016 has dumped about 13 inches of snow and counting on the nation’s capital. While most residents are staying inside, watching the snow continue to fall Saturday, some residents are out in it.

One of the most famous DC residents, Tian Tian, father of Bei Bei, rolled around in the snow at the Smithsonian National Zoo.

Here’s what his keepers tweeted out Saturday:

“Tian Tian woke up this morning to a lot of snow, and he was pretty excited about it.” Don’t try to go see Tian Tian in person. The zoo is closed Saturday and Sunday.
