Rosslyn's trading a hell burger for a half-smoke.
Ben's Chili Bowl plans to open its first Virginia location early next year at 1725 Wilson Blvd., the spot formerly occupied by Ray's Hell Burger, according to the Washington Business Journal.
The strip mall contains several other businesses, including the beloved Bean Good coffee shop.

Ben's co-owner Nizam Ben Ali told the Business Journal that his family had been exploring the idea of expanding into Clarendon, but that didn't pan out, and so the decision was made to open a Rosslyn location.
