Weekend Metro Schedule: Stations Closed, Lines Single-Track, More
If you're taking the Metro this weekend, plan accordingly.

WASHINGTON, DC — There are plenty of things to do and see in the D.C. area this weekend. Some attractions you'll find include: the Smorgasburg Food Market opening, Night Nation Run DC, and Father's Day Pig Roast.
If you're thinking of taking the Metro on Saturday, June 15 or Sunday, June 16, you should plan accordingly: six Blue and Yellow Line train stations south of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport will be closed. The station closures, which will be in effect until Sept. 8, are part of a larger improvement project by WMATA.
