1 Man Dead In Double Shooting In Northwest Washington

WASHINGTON, DC — Police are investigating a double shooting that left one man dead in Northwest Washington Sunday.

At about 2 a.m., officers were called to the 4800 block of Kansas Ave., NW., for the sound of gunshots. Arriving officers located two adult males in the area suffering from gunshot wounds, police said.

One man was pronounced dead at the scene, while another man was transported to the hospital with critical condition. The decedent has not yet been identified by police.
