3 DC Firefighters Injured In 2-Alarm Fire
The blaze erupted in Northeast Wednesday night.

WASHINGTON, DC -- Three firefighters were hospitalized after a major fire erupted in a Northeast D.C. neighborhood Wednesday night.
Firefighters were called to the 2700 block of 12th Street NE to a two-alarm fire, causing roads around the area to be shut down through the morning rush hour, according to tweets by D.C. Fire and EMS.
All three were in stable condition. One occupant of the home was also treated at the scene.
