3 People Shot In DC, Woman 'Unresponsive': Report
BREAKING: Police have responded to a shooting in Southeast on Wednesday morning.

WASHINGTON, DC -- Three people have been shot in Southeast and a vehicle with its windows shot out has fled the scene, according to a report.
Fox 5 reports that police say there was a shooting at around 11 a.m. near the intersection of 16th and V streets in Anacostia.
A female shooting victim was unresponsive at the scene, while two male victims are conscious and breathing. Police are looking for a silver vehicle, according to the report.

The shooting happened just blocks from where police were conducting a press conference pleading for tips on the slaying of a 14-year-old boy.
UPDATE 2:58 p.m.: Chief Newsham told press that four people were shot in what appears to be a drive-by shooting, and a light color sedan was seen leaving the scene.
