3 Sexual Abuse Charges Filed In Series Of Attacks In Northwest DC

WASHINGTON, DC — D.C. detectives charged 42-year-old Charles Price of no fixed address with three misdemeanor sexual abuse offenses that occurred Monday morning in Northwest, according to a police release.

The first incident took place around 8:42 a.m., in the 3200 block of N Street, Northwest. Police say Price engaged in unwanted sexual contact with the victim and then fled the scene.

Around 9 a.m., Price approached the second victim near the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and M Street, Northwest. Police say he placed his arms on the victim's back and shoulder, before running away.

Twenty minutes later, Price engaged in unwanted sexual contact with a third victim in the 2100 block of Wisconsin Avenue, Northwest, according to police.
