8 Suspects Charged In Buena Vista Burglary: DC Police

WASHINGTON, DC — Metropolitan Police Department officers arrested eight suspects in connection with a burglary that occurred Wednesday afternoon in Buena Vista, according to a police release.

Around 3:27 p.m., police say the suspects forced their way into a residence in the 2800 block of Buena Vista Terrace, S.E., and attempted to take property. Responding officers apprehended the suspects.

MPD arrested the following suspects and charged them all with burglary two:

• Earl Barringer, 24, of Southeast
• Lavell Cyrus, 24, of Southeast
• Otis McKinney, 23, of Southeast
• Marquael Minter, 23, of Southeast
• Aaron Dates, 22, of Southeast
• Tyron Smith, 24, of Southeast
• A juvenile male, 16, of Southeast
• Monice Watson, 26, of Northwest
