WASHINGTON DC – The marketplace pop-up offering the best American-made brands and the people behind them is returning to the District, this time for a spring event. From June 10-11, American Field will bring more than 75 vendors of American-made products back to Dock5 at Union Market. The event will run from 11am-6pm each day and is free and open to the public

Uniting the top Made-in-America brands, American Field connects these labels directly with the consumer and highlights the importance of buying quality, long-lasting products that support the domestic manufacturing community. This year’s vendors include TasteLab, a DC-based food incubator and test kitchen; Brothers Artisan Oil, offering natural products made with therapeutic-grade essential oils; Ball and Buck, hunting and fishing inspired menswear; EIGHT + SAND, quality womenswear focused on classic simplicity and ethically sourced fabrics; and Virginia Dare Winery, supporting the event as an sponsor as well. Whether it’s food, drink, clothing or accessories, American Field DC is the District’s quintessential happening this spring for all things made in the USA.

ABOUT VIRGINIA DARE WINERY

Virginia Dare Winery, American wines since 1835, pays tribute to America’s winegrowing heritage. The existence of the 400-year-old scuppernong "Mother Vine" growing on Roanoke Island, North Carolina is intertwined with the story of one of the first English settlements in the New World, which later mysteriously disappeared without a trace, leaving nothing but a spellbinding story of mythical and mysterious characters – each of which grace the labels of our wines. Crafted with grapes from the finest viticulture regions in California, our wines are rich with characteristics befitting an American legend: Pure. Natural. Distinctive.
