2. Vice President Vance honors 3 fallen York County police officers during Fraternal Order of Police ceremony (fox43.com) — In Washington, D.C., Vice President J.D. Vance joined thousands on the West Front of the U.S. Capitol to honor 191 officers killed in the line of duty, including three from Northern York County. The Fraternal Order of Police highlighted the long-running National Peace Officers’ Memorial Service and its “Wall of Remembrance” on Judiciary Square as enduring tributes for grieving families.

Investigative Hearing: UPS Flight 2976 Crash During Takeoff (ntsb.gov) — A two-day National Transportation Safety Board hearing on the deadly UPS Flight 2976 cargo crash will take place this Tuesday and Wednesday at the NTSB Boardroom near L’Enfant Plaza in Washington with a public livestream available.
