• Fugitive wanted in Charles County armed carjacking may have changed appearance (wjla.com) — Police say a 21-year-old fugitive wanted in a May armed carjacking may be spending time in Southeast Washington, D.C., as well as nearby Maryland counties. Charles County authorities and U.S. Marshals are asking residents to report any sightings and are offering anonymous tip options with potential cash rewards.
