Armed Robbers Assault Store Employee In Mount Pleasant: Police
D.C. police are seeking the public's help in identifying suspects in connection with an armed robbery Tuesday morning in Mount Pleasant.

WASHINGTON, DC — The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying suspects in connection with an armed robbery early Tuesday morning in Mount Pleasant.
At about 2:25 a.m. Tuesday, the suspects entered a store in the 3100 block of Mount Pleasant Street NW. Once inside, they approached an employee.
One of the suspects brandished a handgun, assaulted the employee and demanded property. The suspects took the employee’s property and fled the scene, according to the D.C. police.

The suspects were captured by a surveillance camera.
