Armed Robbers On Moped Captured On Video: DC Police
Metropolitan Police Department detectives released a video of an armed robbery that occurred Saturday morning in the Greenway area.
WASHINGTON, DC — Metropolitan Police Department detectives from the Sixth District are asking the public's help in identifying two men in connection with an armed robbery that took place Saturday morning in the Greenway area, according to a police release.
Riding on a moped, the two suspects approached the victim around 9:01 a.m, in the 3400 block of Croffut Place, S.E. One of the suspects brandished a handgun and demanded the victim hand over his property. After the victim complied, the suspects rode away on the moped.

Police ask anyone who can identify these individuals to call 202-727-9099 or text an anonymous tip to 50411. MPD is currently offering a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person responsible for a violent crime in the District.
