The "On the Run II" Tour kicks of its North American leg on July 21 and will stop in D.C.

WASHINGTON, DC -- It's been the worst kept secret in the entertainment world for the past week.
On Monday, Beyonce and Jay-Z announced the “On the Run II” tour will stop in several North American cities this summer. They will be at FedEx Field in the D.C. area on July 28, their second stop on the tour.
The news first broke last week when Beyonce's Facebook and Ticketmaster pages announced a concert on July 30 in Philadelphia.
