Secret Service Officer Struck By Car Near White House
The officer was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

WASHINGTON, DC — A Secret Service officer has been struck by a vehicle near the White House and is currently receiving medical attention, according to the Secret Service.
Few details are available, but initial reports indicate it may have been a Uniformed Division Motorcycle Officer.
The officer was taken to a local hospital for evaluation, and his injuries do not appear to be life-threatening, the Secret Service tweeted at around 4:30 p.m.
