CALLING ALL CAT LOVERS!
Capital City Cats is the Washington, DC metro area’s largest cat show and adoption event taking place July 26-27, 2025 from 9am-5pm at the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly, Virginia.
Join thousands of cat lovers across the DC, Virginia, and Maryland area to come see and celebrate some of the most beautiful cats in the world. This annual Cat Fanciers’ Association competition will feature 150+ cats across more than 30 different cat breeds, including the Egyptian Mau, Persians, Maine Coons, Scottish Fold, Bengals, British Shorthair, and more.
Capital City Cats is also an adoption event and will feature local cat rescues like the Humane Society of Loudoun County and The Cats At Longstreet (TCAL) and their adoptable kitties.
This family-friendly event will feature a stuffed animal contest for the kids each day around lunch time and a dedicated education ring where spectators can learn all about cat shows and hear from vets about the latest in feline health. There will also be vendors present selling cat carriers and furniture, clothing, unique cat toys, and cat-themed merchandise you can’t find anywhere else.
One Day Pass: $20 adults, $15 for Seniors + Military, $10 Kids (5-12), Kids 4 and under are free.
Weekend Pass: $30 adults, $20 for Seniors + Military, $15 Kids (5-12), Kids 4 and under are free.
