Wednesdays at Waldorf Astoria: Champagne & Caviar

Waldorf Astoria Washington DC is bringing back its highly acclaimed monthly series “Wednesdays at Waldorf”, where luxury meets indulgence. On October 22, the series kicks off with the inaugural pairing of Champagne and Caviar, an evening of effervescent bubbles and exquisite bites. Pairings include:

• Seared Tuna & Caviar Toast | Ruinart Blanc de Blancs
  The oceanic finesse of Petrossian Baika caviar enhances the seared tuna and togarashi avocado, while Ruinart Blanc de Blancs brings vibrant citrus, floral lift, and crisp minerality for a radiant finish.

• Prosciutto & Melon | Ruinart Singulier
  The creamy texture of Petrossian Beluga caviar adds depth to the sweet-salty contrast of melon and prosciutto, while Ruinart Singulier’s toasted complexity elevates the combination with refined intensity.
  

• Bresaola & Horseradish Cream | Ruinart Rosé
  Petrossian Daurenki caviar’s nutty richness complements the bold flavors of bresaola and horseradish cream, while Ruinart Rosé offers bright red fruit and elegant structure to balance and enliven the bite.

Seatings are available at 6:00 PM, 6:30 PM, and 6:45 PM for $90pp.

Each month will feature thoughtfully curated pairings designed to delight the senses and celebrate the art of fine living. Future experiences in November and December will continue this tradition, offering new flavors, seasonal inspirations, and intimate moments in the refined setting of Waldorf Astoria.
