Speak Out for Headache Health is a public awareness and advocacy event held as part of Migraine and Headache Awareness Month and the 2026 Flags for Headache campaign. The event is organized by The Headache Alliance and Alliance for Headache Disorders Advocacy in partnership with community organizations and advocates working to improve the lives of people living with migraine and headache disorders.
The event will feature remarks from patients, advocates, clinicians, researchers, policymakers, and community leaders highlighting the urgent need for improved headache care, research, education, public awareness, and policy action.
Speak Out for Headache Health will also be livestreamed nationally to encourage participation from advocates and communities across the country. Livestream participants will receive a link to watch the event closer to the date.

Please note that this is an outdoor public event. In-person attendees are encouraged to wear weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes and to bring water or personal medical/accessibility items as needed. This is a rain or shine event.
