Four Seasons DC Wine & Dine returns November 12–13, 2026, for its fifth annual celebration at Bourbon Steak DC, bringing together celebrity chefs, acclaimed local culinary talent, and exceptional wines and spirits for two evenings benefiting lung cancer research and patient care at MedStar Health.
The celebration kicks off Thursday, November 12, with a Culinary Showcase from 6–10 PM, featuring chef action stations, passed hors d'oeuvres, and curated wine and spirit tastings. Guests can enjoy dishes from a lineup of celebrated chefs. On Friday, November 13, the festivities continue with an intimate Fine Wine & Celebrity Chef Dinner from 6–10 PM, featuring a seated multi-course dinner with signature dishes from the participating chefs, paired with exceptional wines.
Proceeds from the event will support MedStar Health's lung cancer research initiatives, innovative treatments, patient care, and survivorship programs throughout the Washington, DC region.
