Child Pornography Distribution Charges Filed Against 2 DC Men
Members of the FBI's Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force arrested two District men on child pornography charges.

WASHINGTON, DC — On Wednesday, members of the FBI's Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force arrested two District men for distributing, receiving, and possessing images of child pornography, according to a release from the Metropolitan Police Department.
Acting on U.S. District Court arrest warrants, task force members arrested Thomas John Keelen Jr., 52, of Southeast, and Akiva Bernstein, 21, of Northwest, charging them both with distribution of child pornography.
This case was investigated by detectives from MPD's Youth and Family Services Division, the FBI's Washington Field Office, and other members of the Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force.
