Dear Mr, Lindner and Mr. Blair,

Your Colonial Parking employees are upsetting community residents in Brentwood and Brookland -- . many first responders and elderly -- by issuing clearly unlawful parking tickets on public byways in the District of Columbia.

As a journalist it is my duty to report shocking and unlawful behavior as you can see from this video.

[Colonial Parking employee filmed by Capitol Intelligence/BBN using CI Glass giving unlawful USD 28 parking tickets and breaking DC stay-at-home order on "essential workers" during national Covid-19 emergency at 2300 Main Street in Rhode Island Row in Northeast DC. April 24, 2020]

This also violates Mayor Bowser 'stay-at-home' order regarding 'essential workers."

DC government hs stopped the issuance of non-emergency parking tickets but Colonial and its

parent Forge Company is of course "above the law" of the District of Columbia and OSHA.

The "Colonial" tickets are also predatory as the fines jump to USD 68 dollars if paid after June 23. Targeting black communities such as Brentwood/Brookland is unethical and constitutes moral turpitude. .

All of us await your response and your cease and desists of this shameful practice.

Yours truly,

Peter K. Semler
