Critical Missing Person Alert: DC Man, 84, Last Seen Monday

WASHINGTON, DC — The Metropolitan Police Department is asking the public's help in locating James Parham, 84, who was last seen in the 100 block of Irving Street, N.W., on Monday morning, according to a post on MPD's official Twitter account.

Police describe Parham as a Black man with a dark complexion, with gray hair and blue eyes. He stands 5-foot-5 and weighs 160 pounds. He was last seen around 11:45 a.m., wearing blue jeans, white sneakers, and a blue and white plaid button-down, long-sleeve shirt.

Anyone who knows Parham's whereabouts is asked to call Youth & Family Services at 202-576-6768 or the Command Information Center at 202-727-9099.
