DC Gallery Celebrates Life Of Betty White With Special Art Exhibit
Zenith Gallery in D.C. will be celebrating the life of Betty White with an art exhibit that kicks off Friday and runs through Jan. 29.

WASHINGTON, DC — Zenith Gallery will be celebrating the life of Betty White — the beloved actor, comedian and activist — with an art exhibit in Washington, D.C., that kicks off Friday and runs through Jan. 29.
The exhibit, titled “Betty White Unites,” will be filled with works of art that feature White, who died on New Year’s Eve at the age of 99. The exhibit will include the works of nearly 20 artists.
Zenith Gallery wanted to start 2022 off right “with love and positivity by celebrating the life of Betty White,” according to gallery founder Margery Goldberg.

“She is loved by everyone, and I believe through the celebration of her life we can be united,” Goldberg said in a news release.
Zenith Gallery, at 1429 Iris Street, NW, has created a website that will go live on Friday, the day of the exhibit's opening, “as a means to memorialize her,” Goldberg added.

The gallery is holding opening receptions on Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Free timed tickets are available on Eventbrite for the Friday and Saturday receptions.
Visitors will be required to show proof of vaccination at the gallery door and masks will be required inside the gallery.
Meanwhile, national screenings of a film celebrating the life of White will be held on Monday, Jan. 17, which would have been her 100th birthday.
Tickets are on sale now for screenings of the film scheduled for 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. at AMC Georgetown 14 at 31111 K Street NW.
