DC-Based Retirement Expert Picked As Top Next-Generation Advisor

Patrick Martin of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management adds Forbes Magazine honor to growing résumé of accolades

Patrick M. Martin, CRPC®, CRPS®, learned in July that he'd been named by Forbes Magazine and SHOOK Research to the 2018 edition of the Top Next Generation Wealth Advisors list.

The full nationwide ranking, available at https://www.forbes.com/top-next-gen-advisors, is based upon analysis of assets under management, revenue produced, compliance record and industry experience.

The recognition is the latest for Martin, who joined Merrill Lynch in 2004 and is a co-founder of Siegel, Martin & Associates in Washington, D.C. In 2015, Martin was picked to the FT 401 by the Financial Times for his acumen advising clients on retirement planning. In 2016 and again in both 2017 and 2018, Martin's D.C. firm earned spots on PlanAdviser's annual lists of Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisers.
