DC Cop Surprises One Of First Black Women To Serve In WW2 (Video)
D.C. police have a special surprise for Mary Harrell, who turned 101 recently.

WASHINGTON, DC -- D.C. resident Mary S. Harrell celebrated her 101st birthday recently, but she is no ordinary woman. She's one of the first African-American women to serve in World War II.
And D.C. police decided to treat her to not-your-average birthday greeting, with one officer pulling out a microphone and serenading her.
