WASHINGTON, DC — On Monday, April 3, Mayor Muriel Bowser kicked off the District's Potholepalooza — the annual spring season campaign created to speed up pothole repairs throughout DC.
The Potholepalooza ensures that DDOT officials (District Department of Transportation) will "aggressively repair" damaged roadways across the city, according to DDOT.
Throughout the spring, DDOT expedites the repair of potholes. Service requests will be answered within 48 hours over the next 30 days. The average service request is answered within 72 hours.
