DC Music Rocks Festival Showcases Diverse Performers

WASHINGTON, DC — The DC Music Rocks Festival will bring together a diverse mix of musical performers for the third annual event, planned Aug. 17 at the 9:30 Club in D.C. The festival is organized by syndicated radio show and podcast DC Music Rocks.

This year’s festival features performers including Eli Lev Collective, More AM Than FM, Sub Radio, Iza Flo and Los Empresarios. These groups will be complemented by a lineup of local and international singer/songwriters such as Jasmine Gillison, Jahnel Daliya, Daniel Warren Hill, Karen Jonas, Lauren Calve and Gabrielle Zwi.

Festival tickets are $15. A portion of proceeds will be donated to nonprofit organization The Musicianship, which benefits D.C. area youth.
