DC Police Find Missing Teen Weeks After Disappearing
The 16-year-old, who was last seen in Southwest in late March, has been found.

WASHINGTON, DC -- There's great news for friends and family of formerly missing 16-year-old D.C. resident Jordan Lavar Waldron: he's been found.
D.C. police first reported Waldron missing back on March 24, noting that he had last been seen in the 200 block of N Street SW near the Wharf.
D.C. police reported over Twitter Tuesday morning that Waldron has been located.

The issue of missing children in D.C. made national headlines a year ago after the D.C. police Twitter account started posting all reports rather than just a select few, leading many to mistakenly think that there had been a sudden surge in missing children in D.C.
