DC Police Seek Suspect In Park View Shooting: Report
Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a man in connection with a shooting Wednesday in Park View.

WASHINGTON, DC — Metropolitan Police Department detectives from the Fourth District are asking the public's help in locating a suspect in connection with a shooting incident that occurred Wednesday afternoon in the Park View area, according to a police release.
Around 1:01 p.m., a man approached the victim in the 1300 block of Oak Street, Northwest and fired a handgun at the victim. The man then fled the scene. The victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries at the scene of the shooting.
MPD released photos of the suspect captured on a nearby camera.

Police ask anyone with information about this incident or who can identify the man in the photos to call 202-727-9099 or text a tip to MPD's text tip line at 50411. MPD is currently offering a reward of $10,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for a violent crime in the District.
