Drive-In Movies Return To Union Market: Jaws, Dazed And Confused
The Drive-In at Union Market movie series returns on May 3. This year's lineup includes Dazed and Confused, Jaws, and Coco.
WASHINGTON, DC — "Alright, alright, alright!"
The Drive-In at Union Market movie series returns Friday with Dazed and Confused, starring Matthew McConaughey.
On the first Friday of every month through October, film lovers can walk (or drive) to Union Market and watch some of their favorite movies from the past 40+ years. This year's lineup includes Jaws, A League of Their Own, The Wiz, and Coco. Films are projected onto the market wall and feature closed captioning.

"Each movie showing is free for walk-up viewing in the picnic area or costs $15 per car. While enjoying iconic films under the stars, D.C.'s movie lovers and retro fanatics alike can sip and munch on snacks from a selection of Union Market vendors and neighboring businesses before the film begins. The DC Rollergirls will be on hand to sell and deliver candy," event officials said in a statement.
Union Market is located at 1309 5th St. in Northeast Washington.
