Elton John Farewell Tour Coming To DC
The music legend will be visiting Capital One Arena for one last time this September.
WASHINGTON, DC -- Legendary pop singer Elton John has announced dates for his farewell tour, and Capital One Arena in D.C. is on the list.
He'll perform there Sept. 21 and 22, and tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, Feb. 2 at 10 a.m. Those with American Express cards or Ticketmaster verified fans will be able to purchase the tickets earlier.
The tour, named "Farewell Yellow Brick Road," will be the last for the 70-year-old musician, who reportedly wants to spend more time with his family.
