ENTA Physician Named American Lung Assoc. Volunteer Spokesperson

Tarrytown, N.Y. (November 19, 2018) – ENT and Allergy Associates LLP (ENTA), the largest private practice of board-certified otolaryngologists and related sub-specialists in the nation, is proud to announce that its very own Payel Gupta, M.D., was recently named a volunteer spokesperson of the American Lung Association. The Lung Association is the nation’s premiere resource for lung health, and recently expanded its network of lung health experts available to the media. Dr. Gupta is one of 12 medical professionals from across the country who have been chosen to serve as Lung Association National Volunteer Spokespeople during the 2018-2019 fiscal year.

Dr. Gupta is an expert in asthma, allergy and immunology at ENTA in Manhattan. She is also a visiting attendant at both SUNY Downstate Medical Center and Mt. Sinai Medical Center. She earned her medical degree from Michigan State University and pursued a residency in both internal medicine and pediatrics at the Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Gupta is triple board certified and holds certifications from the American Board of Allergy and Immunology, the American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Board of Pediatrics. She is a member of a number of professional organizations, including the American College of Allergy and Immunology, the World Allergy Organization, and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. She currently treats both adult and pediatric patients with asthma, environmental allergies, allergic skin conditions, immune disorders and food allergies.
