Experienced Real Estate Agent Alex Ortega Affiliates with Coldwell Banker
Coldwell Banker Georgetown office welcomes new real estate agent
Washington, D.C. (March 31, 2017) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is pleased to announce that Alex Ortega has affiliated with its Georgetown office.
Ortega, a U.S. Army veteran, began his career in residential real estate in Florida, where he worked for several years as a real estate agent and as a sales manager at a small brokerage firm where he was part owner.
A resident of the district’s Hillcrest neighborhood, Ortega is also the neighborhood’s preeminent real estate agent, having sold about one out of every four available homes there in recent years.

It’s his ability to connect with clients that allows him to succeed, he said.
“Being in the Army really instilled in me a sense of discipline, determination and attention to detail,” Ortega said. “I bring that with me to every transaction. My clients know I’ll help them with anything they need.”

Ortega was born and raised in Guatemala before moving to the U.S. to attend college. He has resided in Washington, D.C. for seven years. He is fluent in Spanish and also understands Portuguese.
