Falls Church Man Charged In Reston Peeping Incident: Police
Fairfax County Police arrested two men in Reston, one for peeping and the other for throwing objects at a car.
RESTON, VA — Officers from the Reston District Station of the Fairfax County Police Department arrested two individuals recently, one for peeping and the other for throwing an object at an occupied vehicle, according to the weekly crime report.
In the first case, officers conducted a surveillance operation on July 19, around 9:28 p.m., in the 2200 block of Lovedale Lane. As a result, they arrested Amaya Alvarado, 34, of Falls Church and charged him with four counts of peeping.

In the second case, an investigation revealed that on the same night, around 10:30 p.m., a man threw a piece of concrete at a passing vehicle in the 12100 block of Sunset Hills Road. After the driver of the car pulled into a parking lot to report the incident, the man who threw the concrete chased the vehicle, continued to throw objects at the car, and shouted derogatory words. Police arrested Stephen Rogata, 23, no fixed address, and charged him with throwing a missile at an occupied vehicle.
