Surveillance Video Shows 2 Cars Wanted In Hit And Run That Killed 52-Year-Old Pedestrian
D.C. police released a surveillance video that shows the two vehicles they say struck and killed a 52-year-old man in Northwest on Thursday.
WASHINGTON, DC — Police are looking for the suspects involved in a fatal hit and run crash that occurred Thursday night on New Jersey Avenue that resulted in the death of 52-year-old Joseph Robinson of no fixed address.
Robinson was walking northbound in the roadway of New Jersey Avenue, Northwest around 8:22 p.m., when he was struck by a dark colored SUV at the intersection of New York and New Jersey Avenues, Northwest. A second car, a dark colored sedan, also hit him. The drivers of both vehicles continued on without stopping.
Emergency personnel took Robinson to the hospital, but he later died from his injuries.

On Monday, the Metropolitan Police Department released a surveillance video that they say shows the two cars that struck Robinson.
