Updated: Police Seek Vehicle Of Interest In Fatal Shooting
Metropolitan Police Department released a photo of a vehicle of interest in connection with a fatal shooting in the Washington Highlands.
Updated (Dec. 9, 8 a.m.): Metropolitan Police Department released a photo Tuesday of a vehicle of interest in connection with the Monday morning fatal shooting of 30-year-old Anthony Orr. Police described the vehicle as possibly being a 2020 Kia K5. The vehicle, shown below, may be missing a passenger side window.
MPD is currently offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any persons responsible for committing a homicide in the District. Police ask anyone with information about this case or the location of the vehicle to call 202-727-9099 or send an anonymous tip by text to 50411.

WASHINGTON, DC — Homicide detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department are investigating the Monday morning fatal shooting of 30-year-old Anthony Orr, of no fixed address, according to a police release.
Officers from the Seventh District responded around 9:23 a.m., to the 400 block of Xenia Street, Southeast for the report of a person down. Arriving on the scene, they found Orr suffering from a gunshot wound. D.C. Fire and EMS transported Orr to a nearby hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries, but all lifesaving efforts failed and he was pronounced dead.
