'Hamilton' Tickets At The Kennedy Center Go On Sale Soon: Report

The Lin-Manuel Miranda musical, which won 11 Tony Awards, will open at The Kennedy Center in June.

WASHINGTON, DC -- The Broadway smash hit "Hamilton" is coming to D.C., and tickets are set to go on sale later this month, according to a report.

WTOP reports that The Kennedy Center will put the tickets up for sale on Wednesday, Feb. 28, at 10 a.m. for Kennedy Center members only, and the public will be able to buy tickets sometime in late March. That date won't be announced until 10 to 14 days before they go on sale.

The show begins Tuesday, June 12 and closes Saturday, Sept. 16. Tickets will run from $99 to $625, and there is a limit of four tickets per household, according to the report.

The musical, which tells the story of Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, won 11 Tony Awards and a Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album.
