Health Care Provider Leases Space At Benning Market In Ward 7

WASHINGTON, DC — Healthcare provider AccentCare will be moving into Benning Market in Northeast D.C., marking the first Washington, D.C. location for the health care provider.

AccentCare has signed a lease for 3,928 square feet on the second floor of Benning Market, at 3451 Benning Road NE. The health care provider has more than 260 locations across the country.

The Benning Market is a new 13,200 square-foot building at the intersection of Benning Road NE and I-295 and sits across from the planned extension of the DC Streetcar system in Ward 7.

Rob Gray and Joe Farina of Divaris Real Estate Inc. manage the listings of Benning Market and a neighboring property, 3443 Benning Road NE, on behalf of the Neighborhood Development Company.

“The Benning Road projects offer neighborhood and transit-oriented space ideal for both retail and office tenants,” Farina said in a statement. “Additionally, the projects are located within a ‘Great Streets Corridor’, a D.C. initiative that aims to drive foot traffic to Ward 7 centers by providing grant opportunities for small businesses.”

At Benning Market, 2,209 square feet of office and retail space remains available for lease.
