'Improper Fueling' Caused Food Truck to Burst Into Flames: Fire Officials
"The Falafel Bus" went up in smoke on the George Washington University campus earlier this week, injuring three people.

WASHINGTON, DC — A food truck erupted in flames on the campus of George Washington University on Wednesday, injuring three people, and authorities now think that "improper fueling" was the cause of the blaze.
A food truck called "The Falafel Bus" was reported in flames in the middle of the afternoon, resulting in a large crowd of bystanders and lots of pictures and video on social media. D.C. Fire and EMS reported that three burned patients had to be "transposed from the scene."
D.C. Fire and EMS tweeted recently that investigators now believe that the food truck fire was the result of "the improper fueling / refueling of the generator on site."
