KETTLER Hosts IMPACT Awards 2018

More than 350 KETTLER employees and sponsors gathered to celebrate the first annual program.

KETTLER, the Washington, D.C. area’s award-winning real estate development and property management company, announced the launch of its first annual IMPACT Awards 2018, a national program celebrating KETTLER employees and sponsors.

On Tuesday, May 15th, KETTLER teammates and sponsors gathered at the Hilton McLean Tysons Center, where company executives recognized both corporate and property staff with awards in categories ranging from engagement, design, integrity, customer service and ‘Rookie of the year.’ More than 350 KETTLER teammates and sponsors attended the ceremony and luncheon which was held from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

“We are thrilled to host the first-ever KETTLER IMPACT awards this year,” said KETTLER’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Bob Kettler. “It is a unique and fun way to recognize our employees and partners and thank them for all they do. We wanted to bring everyone under one roof - property technicians, property managers, corporate staff and others – and make sure they know we value their dedication and hard work.”

Designed to unite all KETTLER divisions, the IMPACT Awards focused on themes of making connections with colleagues, clients, residents and vendors. The event was separated into two parts beginning with exhibitions from some of KETTLER’s leading sponsors, including eight-year partner, Studebakers Submetering, Inc., a company specializing in monthly utility billing and submetering installation and services for water, natural gas and electric submeters. Rolyn, a KETTLER partner for five years, delivered a presentation on its full range of disaster, recovery, restoration and decontamination services.

The second part of the program included speeches from Bob Kettler and Usha Chaudhary, President and Chief Operating Officer, who thanked employees for building one of the most dynamic real estate management and development companies. The event concluded with the presentation of awards.

“Intelligence, innovation, dedication and hard work deserve to be recognized,” Chaudhary said. “The IMPACT awards program allows us to not only recognize the efforts of individuals, but of our entire team. The awards underscore our close bond, that we all are on the same team focused on building an extraordinary company that will continue to thrive.”

Since its start in 1977, KETTLER has grown into a regional powerhouse that owns and manages residential and mixed-use projects throughout the mid-Atlantic and select locations in the south, including Texas, Florida and the Carolinas.
