The SONG Family of Torrence, Calif., (Kak Hon, In Ok and their son Phillip also Katherine Sunnie Ahn of Koreatown, Los Angeles) have utilized advantageous tactics such as loopholes, ambiguous municipal terminology and bureaucratic red tape to slumlord tenant citizens, defraud major insurers and even to hush inquiry into the truth behind my allegations of attempted murder, federal larceny and colluding with various municipal agency employees.

In Ok Song and conspirators on 6/19th/2013, premeditatedly created a GIFT TRANSACTION of an ownership deed , specifically for personal profit from a premeditated fire, and one plotted for the primary purpose of bringing me harm, A HATE CRIME, so the Song family might further escape and evade prosecution of felony criminal negligence, and potential & perceived other felony acts.

Their motivation was to conceal LA Dept. of Building Safety municipal violations case #483023; (2012-2013). I personally self initiated LADBS case #483023 in August of 2012, and I had advanced the resurfacing inquiry into LA Housing Dept. municipal violations extending from case #9346; (2005/6).
