Man Accused Of Bringing Guns To DC Trump Hotel Arrested Again: Report

A judge told 43-year-old Bryan Moles not to come back to D.C. unless the visit was connected with the case, but he reportedly ignored that.

WASHINGTON, DC — Police have once again arrested a Pennsylvania doctor accused of checking into the Trump International Hotel in D.C. with guns in his car last month -- this time for returning to the capital in violation of the conditions of his release, according to a report.

The Associated Press reports that 43-year-old Bryan Moles, who was arrested May 31 after authorities received a tip about him making threats and traveling to D.C. to check into President Trump's new hotel, is back in custody after both returning to the capital and posting photos of newspaper headlines describing the shooting at the congressional baseball practice to his Facebook page.

Magistrate Judge Robin Meriweather ruled that Moles must now stay in jail until trial for violating the terms of the release, and he will undergo initial forensic screening to determine if he competent to stand trial, according to the report.
