Man Accused Of Stabbing Victim Inside House Arrested: Police
The victim was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, police said.
WASHINGTON, DC - One man is behind bars after stabbing another man inside a house over the weekend, police said. Detectives arrested Dishon Washington, 44, of Southeast, DC Sunday and charged his with assault with the intent to kill.
Around 12:04 a.m. on Sunday, police 4400 block of Gault Place NE. Once on scene, they said they found a man inside of a house suffering from a stab wound.
DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries, police said.

Prior to the stabbing, police said the two men had gotten into a dispute. Investigators did not say what the altercation was over. However, police said it led to Washington ultimately stabbing the victim.
