Man 'Damaging Plants' At US Botanic Garden In DC: Report
The man reportedly had a chain around his hand with a screw attached.

WASHINGTON, DC -- A truly bizarre incident at the U.S. Botanic Garden near the Capitol in D.C. has resulted in the arrest of a man, according to a report.
NBC 4's Seth MacFarlane tweeted that U.S. Capitol Police arrested someone who was "damaging plants" at the Botanic Garden.
Police observed the man "wrap a chain around his hand with a four-inch screw attached," MacFarlane reported.
