Man Exposed Himself To Two Minors On Red Line Train: Police
A 31-year-old man allegedly exposed himself to two 12-year-olds aboard a Red Line train Tuesday.

WASHINGTON, DC — Metro Transit Police said they arrested and charged a man who allegedly exposed himself to two 12-year-olds aboard a Red Line train Tuesday.
William S. Dienno, 31, was charged with lewd, indecent, or obscene acts following the incident, according to authorities.
Police said the incident happened aboard a Red Line train, between Woodley Park and Gallery Place, shortly before 5 p.m. Tuesday. Dienno allegedly approached a girl and a boy, both 12 years old, and asked each separately if he could have sex with them.

According to police, the suspect then exited the train at Gallery Place and exposed himself to them through the train windows. The victims described the suspect to officers, who were able to spot him on Metro's digital surveillance system.
A short time later, police located the Dienno in Union's Station food court area. Officers stopped him, and the minors identified him as the suspect.
