Man With Handcuffs Yells At Metro Riders (Video)
The man appeared to threaten at least one person with jail time, and was reportedly upset about people being too close to the tracks.
WASHINGTON, DC — Metro has notified their police department after being alerted to a man was caught on video yelling at riders at the Gallery Place Metro station.
The man, who reportedly had handcuffs, was apparently getting in people's faces for standing too close to the tracks, according to Blake Patterson, the person who posted the video.
The man was "acting like someone official" and "he had cuffs," Patterson tweeted, noting that he was at the lower tracks.

In response to the video, Metro apologized and said they had notified the Metro Transit Police Department.
In the video, the man appears to threaten someone with jail time. It's not clear if he is an actual police officer.
