Man Trapped Under Car At Dupont Circle Dies (Video)
Firefighters pulled the man from beneath the vehicle so he could be taken to the hospital. He was later pronounced dead.

WASHINGTON, DC -- A man has died after being trapped under a vehicle in Dupont Circle Friday. The man was riding an electric scooter when he was struck by the car, a police spokesperson told WTOP.
D.C. Fire and EMS posted video (embedded below) of their attempts to rescue the man, noting that he was transported to the hospital with "critical life threatening injuries."
Authorities say he was struck by the vehicle and became trapped under it, but did not say if there would be any charges against the driver.
