Massive Obama Block Party In DC Neighborhood Kicks Off Friday Night

The Shaw neighborhood is hosting a big outdoor party to celebrate Barack Obama's 56th birthday.

WASHINGTON, DC — Former President Barack Obama just turned 56, and the Shaw neighborhood in Northwest D.C. is planning one heck of a party Friday evening.

There's no indication that Obama will attend, even though he lives right around the corner in Kalorama, but Obama impersonator Larry Graves will be on hand, as well as DJ Black President aka DJ Black Santa.

The outdoor party will feature songs from Spotify playlists released by Obama, as well as cardboard cutouts of the First Couple.
