Massive Rat Discovered In DC (ICYMI)

WASHINGTON, DC -- If you hate the sight of a huge, dead rat, turn back now. Someone in the Columbia Heights neighborhood managed to slay this beast recently, and it is causing jaws to drop on social media.

Popville first posted the terrifying photo, which shows a dead rat with an absolutely massive tail that looks to be well over a foot long. It calls to mind the huge rat that was discovered on U Street last summer.

Based on our own examination of the photos, last year's rat appears to be a bit bigger. But this year's candidate is certainly giving it a run for its money.
